Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, please note that we do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hair accessories)

  • Custom or personalized products

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a store credit or ship your replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
